STUDIO LEONARDO may collect nonpublic personal information from you in a variety of ways, including online forms for ordering products and services, and other instances where you are invited to volunteer such information. The type of information we may collect from you includes, but is not limited to: your first and last name(s), your street address(es), your city, your state, your ZIP code, your phone number(s), your e-mail address(es), your IP address(es), time and date stamps for your visits to the Site, and any information required to process an application to receive product(s) and/or services being offered on the Site, such as credit card billing information. STUDIO LEONARDO may also collect nonpublic personal information from you pursuant to the terms of the sections of this Privacy Policy entitled “1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technology.” Each time a visitor comes to STUDIO LEONARDO’s Site, STUDIO LEONARDO’s servers — like most on the Web — collect some basic technical information, including, for example, the visitor’s domain, referral data including the last URL a user visited prior to clicking through to the Website, and browser and platform type. We also count, track, and aggregate the visitor’s activity into our analysis of general traffic flows at the Site (e.g. tracking where traffic comes from, how traffic flows within the Website, etc.). STUDIO LEONARDO collects non-identifiable information to measure how our registered users and subscribers use the Website. This information may include statistics about the numbers and timing of unique visits to our web site(s), repeat visits, and which pages are viewed.

1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technology

STUDIO LEONARDO may also collect information about how you use the Site. For example, we may track the number of unique views received by the pages of the Site or the domains from which unique views originate. We may use “cookies” to track how you use the Site. A cookie is a piece of software that a web server can store on your computer and use to identify you should you visit the Site again. STUDIO LEONARDO may set and access cookies on your computer. We use cookies in a limited way to speed access to the Site, to identify unique browsers that visit the Site, and to track usage of the Site. STUDIO LEONARDO gathers anonymous information about our users through cookie technology on an aggregate level only.

1.5 Invisible reCAPTCHA

This Site is protected by Google’s Invisible reCAPTCHA, which helps prevent spam and abuse. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

THIS INFORMATION IS NOT SHARED WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY, unless specifically stated or in other special situations described below. In addition to the uses set forth above herein, STUDIO LEONARDO may use information collected through the Site for research regarding the effectiveness of the Site and STUDIO LEONARDO’s marketing and advertising efforts, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements, and gather broad information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. STUDIO LEONARDO will not sell the personal information that you supply to us or disclose the information to third parties for any purpose other than that set forth in this Privacy Policy. To carry out the uses set forth in this Privacy Policy, it may be necessary for STUDIO LEONARDO to disclose aggregate, anonymous data obtained from you to third parties. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you as permitted and/or required by law. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you specifically consent to such disclosure. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you authorize us to contact you with new offers and information via email. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive email sent by STUDIO LEONARDO. Your mobile service provider’s standard data and messaging rates will apply to all emails received on your mobile device. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. If you are located within the European Economic Area (EEA), STUDIO LEONARDO processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) under the following lawful bases: (1) with your consent, when you voluntarily provide personal information or subscribe to receive updates from us; (2) pursuant to our legitimate interests, which include maintaining and improving the functionality, security, and performance of our Site, as well as preventing fraud or misuse; and (3) in compliance with a legal obligation, when the processing of your information is required by applicable law or regulation. 1.7 Who Handles Your Data

STUDIO LEONARDO uses a small number of services to run the Site, the newsletter and email. Each one only receives the information it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.

• Squarespace hosts the Site, collects basic visitor statistics and sets cookies. (Privacy Policy)
• Kit sends the No License Required newsletter. When you sign up, Kit stores your email address, the date you signed up, and whether you open or click its emails. (Privacy Policy)
• Typeform runs the optional questionnaire you’re invited to fill in after signing up, and stores your answers. (Privacy Policy)
• Google handles email sent to hello@studioleonardo.co, provides the Site’s fonts (Google Fonts), and runs the reCAPTCHA described in section 1.5. (Privacy Policy)

Some of these services store data outside the European Economic Area. Kit, Squarespace and Google transfer data to the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Typeform, which is based in Spain, uses the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses when data leaves the EEA.

• Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict or object to how your data is used
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time, for example by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any newsletter. This doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, email hello@studioleonardo.co. STUDIO LEONARDO will reply within one month.

If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es, or to the data protection authority where you live.

STUDIO LEONARDO reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. If we make any substantial changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on the Site or by email.
